How this website handles your data — in plain language.

Short version: this website sets no cookies, shows no ads, has no contact form, and does not track you across other sites. There is no Google Analytics here. The only third parties involved in serving this page are our host and Google Fonts.
Who we are
Testaumate is a product of Sysculus Systems Pvt. Ltd. (“Sysculus”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers the marketing website at testaumate.com. You can reach us at contact@sysculus.com.
What we collect
Essentially nothing that identifies you. This site has no contact form, no sign-up, no comment system and no account area — so there is no field on this website into which you can type personal data.
- Server-side request data. Like any website, requests to testaumate.com reach our host, which processes standard technical information such as your IP address, user agent, and the page requested in order to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse.
- Aggregate page-view counts, if cookieless analytics is enabled for this site — described below. It sets no cookies whether it is on or not.
- Whatever you choose to send us when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, or email.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. It also does not use local storage or similar device storage to identify or profile you. Because nothing is stored on your device for tracking, you will not see a cookie-consent banner here.
Analytics
Our intended analytics is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless — it counts page views without storing anything on your device and without following you across other websites.
To be precise about the current state: the analytics beacon on this site is not yet enabled (no measurement token is configured), so at the time of writing no analytics script is loaded at all. If and when it is switched on, it will be the cookieless Cloudflare product described above, and this page will continue to describe what actually runs.
We do not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, tracking pixels, session recording, or cross-site profiling.
Fonts and other third-party requests
This site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts
(fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). That means
your browser makes a request directly to Google in order to fetch the font files,
and Google therefore receives your IP address, user agent, and the referring page
as part of that request. We do not control what Google does with that data; it is
governed by Google's own privacy policy. We disclose it here because it is a
genuine third-party request, even though it sets no cookie on our site.
Apart from Google Fonts, our host, and any link you deliberately click, this site makes no third-party requests.
When you contact us
Contact happens on WhatsApp, by phone, or by email — never through a form on this site.
- WhatsApp. Clicking a WhatsApp link on this site hands you off to WhatsApp (owned by Meta). Your message, phone number and profile details are processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
- Phone. We see your number and whatever you tell us on the call. Calls are not recorded.
- Email. Your message and email address reach our mailbox and are stored there.
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, understand what you want built, and — if it goes further — to run a demo or pilot. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your asking.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to operate this site and to correspond with you — principally our hosting and analytics provider (Cloudflare), Google Fonts as described above, and our email provider — and only as needed to provide those services. We may disclose information where required by law.
Logging in to the product
The Testaumate application at app.testaumate.com is a separate, authenticated product. It necessarily stores account, session and project data in order to work. This policy covers this marketing website only.
Retention
We keep correspondence (email and WhatsApp threads) for as long as it is useful for the conversation it belongs to and any resulting business relationship, and we delete it on request. Server logs and aggregate analytics are retained by our provider under its own default retention periods; they are not linked to a person by us.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us, and you may ask us to stop contacting you. Email contact@sysculus.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Because this site collects no identifiers, in practice the only data we hold about you is the correspondence you started.
Changes to this policy
If we add anything that collects data — analytics that sets cookies, a form, a chat widget — we will update this page before or at the time it goes live. A policy describing collection you don't do is worse than none.
